Cut-off valves

Our cut-off valves are available as screw-in cartridges ASE for installation into control blocks and also as case valves ASG and divert the delivery of a pump unpressurised to the tank in case the pressure inside the hydraulic system exceeds the pressure that has been preset at the cut-off valve. Furthermore the cut-off valve ensures that the pump is not subjected to excess pressure.

Fields of application

Single pump with cut-off valve as case model: the integrated cut-off valve separates the hydraulic system from the unpressurised circulation of the pump to the tank.

Double or two-stage pumps with cut-off screw-in cartridge for control blocks:

Until the cut-out pressure that is preset at the valve is reached, both pumps/stages convey together into the hydraulic system. When the cut-out pressure has been reached, the low-pressure pump/stage is switched unpressurised to the tank. The low-pressure circuit to the tank is disconnected from the high-pressure cycle by the cut-off valve.
